Overview:

We are a leading utility company seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving billing and account management operations within the utility sector. This role will involve working both remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities:

Analyse billing and account management operations to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing and account management processes.

Analyse customer data to understand trends and patterns in customer behaviour, and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that billing and account management processes are aligned with overall business objectives.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, customers, and suppliers.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to billing and account management operations in the utility sector.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a numerical or business-related field (preferred).

1-2 years' experience in billing and account management operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field within the utility sector (desirable).

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively within the context of billing and account management operations in the utility industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
