Lettings Negotiator/Trainee - Poole

We are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to complement our team in Poole and assist with letting our extensive portfolio of properties.

You will receive:

As a Lettings Negotiator you will:

- Generate and book lettings valuations

- Manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings

- Liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing the lets through to completion

The successful applicant will:

- Have experience in a sales or customer service environment

- Be confident in their ability to generate business in a target driven environment

- Be resilient and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
