Personal Care Assistant Required in Cambridge, CB5
£10.50 per hour
Hours:
28 hours weekly – flexible with timings (as long as spread out evenly) Monday to Sunday 9am – 10am / 1pm – 2pm / 5pm – 6pm / 9pm - 10pmThursday 2pm – 4pm(2hr social call possibly being introduced taking hours to 30) Can be split flexibly between 2 PAs
Job description:
A team of Personal Assistants needed to support a 28-year-old woman with physical difficulties to live independently & access the community once a week.Support with all personal care needs (washing, dressing & toileting), household tasks, help preparing food and drinks, taking the bins out and occasional help with medication, prompting to use the toilet and take medication; all day-to-day tasks. I am usually able to transfer alone using my ceiling hoists however if I am feeling unwell or have injuries some help will be needed, for example at the moment I have an extremely bad back and would need more help getting the sling on etc. Additional hours may become available, so we are looking for people who are flexible. This post may also suit self employed workers.

Experience or qualifications:
