Careers Coach International/Postgraduate Students

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative individual to join an experienced team providing specialist and tailored careers coaching and personal skills development support, to contribute to an enhanced student experience and positive graduate outcomes.

The post holder will have experience of coaching or the provision of advice and guidance to students or stakeholders, preferably in Higher Education, and have a particular interest in working with international and postgraduate students. The post holder will also be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve both individual and team objectives, using excellent communication skills in face to face and virtual environments.

We particularly welcome applications from ethnic minority candidates as they are under-represented at Loughborough University within this occupational group.

This position is Full Time 1.0 FTE, open-ended and based from our Loughborough campus.

This post is suitable for dynamic working and therefore there can be a mixture of remote and office working subject to the demands of the role.
