Driver Debriefer
Langdons ↗Here at Langdons, we have an amazing opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join the team based in Peterborough. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 4 on 4 off 07:00 - 19:00 and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £31,706.69 per annum.
The Driver Debriefer role:
Ensures all returning drivers and their vehicles are fully checked in, allocated and all relevant records are reviewed and maintained.

What you’ll be doing as our Driver Debriefer:
- Receive all collection and delivery paperwork from returning drivers and ensures it is fully completed and correct, updating relevant staff with progress reports where necessary
- Assist drivers with downloading tacho records and identifying any discrepancies or omissions, referring to the Senior Transport Supervisor where necessary to ensure relevant follow-up action is taken
- Work closely with Transport Operation staff to identify and plan for relevant resources to be redeployed on an ongoing basis
- Identify any barriers to plans and take appropriate action to ensure adequate resources are in place and any issues relating to collection, transportation and delivery of goods are addressed
- Work closely with workshop colleagues to ensure resource requirements and service schedules are identified and met
- Provide cover for the Customer Service and Transport teams where required
What qualifications and experience are we looking for in our Driver Debriefer?
- Qualified to Level 2 Supply Chain Operator or equivalent
- Experience of working in a team-based office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- IT literate in Microsoft Office packages and can compile, analyse, and interpret relevant data
- Extensive knowledge and application of transport regulations and health and safety procedures
