Purpose of the roleSupporting the Office Manager with all tasks related to maintaining the working environment for a busy call centre. This would suit a hospitality worker looking to move into a office environment.
Key Responsibilities• General office and facility co-ordination• Weekly/monthly compliance checks and testing and accurate record keeping.• Reporting reactive maintenance works where necessary.• General housekeeping: from replacing bulbs that have expired to ensuring dishwashers are emptied and filled, keeping areas tidy and topping up coffee machines where required.• Reception - Receiving deliveries and putting them away.• Meet and greet visitors to site and office tours.• Ad hoc duties, including but not limited to responding and helping staff with equipment/liaising with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.• Stock take and maintaining stock levels• Co-ordination of any office moves and liaising between support functions where required.
Experience and SkillsEssential• A professional attitude and manner are essential• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential• IT Literate and ability to use all Microsoft applicationsDesirable• Previous experience working in a customer advisor / helpdesk or facilities role• Previous experience dealing with customer queries
