Care Worker
Bolingo care Ltd- Job Title SOC:
6145 care workers and home carers (Shortage Occupation)
Duties:
Carers who can easily commute to clients and have a genuine interest in providing outstanding care for vulnerable people within the community. You will be a genuinely caring person with great listening skills, outstanding empathy, loving personality, and the drive to make a difference to our client's lives. Your personality interests and character will be assessed and matched to that of our client. We know that we can never replace a family bond, but we do want you to approach care as if it is personal. Full training will be provided with ongoing professional development in Health and social care. You will be joining and very friendly and supportive team.
o Salary: £10.25-£14 per hour. Above the ongoing rate o Supplemental pay types: Loyalty bonus Performance bonus
o Job Types:
■ Full-time hours: 40 hours Per Week
■ 8 hours per Day

o Previous experience is preferred but not essential

o Day shift / Night shift from Monday to Friday
o Overtime on weekend availability
