Head Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic head chef to join our small but busy family run business, who can deliver attractive A la Carte food at our riverside bar & bistro.

To be accountable for:

• Recruiting and training other kitchen staff
• Maintaining ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget
• COSHH, FOOD SAFETY, H&S, legal regulations

Candidates must have:

• Experience of successfully managing a team
• Experience and be capable of ordering correctly & stock control
• Be a team player
• Interest in customer service

Must be able to work:

• Weekends
• Bank holidays
• All special occasions
