Who we are looking for

An Esports Analyst who will utilise a general passion in this area with analytical and technical skills.

The Sports Analysis department is responsible for designing, creating and maintaining the mathematical models used by the trading tools.

The day to day work is interesting, challenging and fast paced amidst a hardworking and delivery focused company ethos. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to tackle some of technology’s greatest challenges.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

Degree in a mathematical or computer science based discipline.
Excellent understanding of probability and statistics.
Keen interest in a wide range of Esports and the online gambling industry.
Experience with technologies such as C#, SQL, Go, RStudio, Excel.
Solid understanding of Windows and Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Delivery and results focused.
Self-motivated and well organised.
Committed, flexible, can do attitude towards work.

Main Responsibilities

Building and maintaining the logic and pricing algorithms used in Esports models.
Investigating errors or problems with the existing code base.
Developing and supporting technical solutions that the team are responsible for.
Working with multiple development teams to integrate models into the wider system.
Supporting the testing team during relevant phases of projects.
Ensuring solutions meet the needs of the business.
Analysing data relating to different Esports.
