Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £22,805 to £25,916 per annum

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding.

Key details/responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Swansea Choices team.
• To plan and deliver educational interventions regarding substance use for children and young people.
• To provide targeted outreach services to encourage engagement to the service.
• To promote the maintenance of positive lifestyle choices.
