Job Description

At Opera Grill, you will be working towards the Hospitality Team Member - Food Production Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 15 months, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles and responsibilities will include;

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with company specifications.
  • Running a section of the kitchen ensuring the correct levels of stock are maintained and the cleanliness of the section is to a high standard.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that all requirements are met in relation to Health and Safety and Food Safety.
  • Ensuring all food preparation, handling and storage is carried out adhering to company hygiene standards.
  • Responsibility for portion control and wastage to ensure gross profits are achieved.

Qualifications required

No qualifications required – just a drive to learn and passion for hospitality. You will receive full training on the job alongside your apprenticeship.
