Part Time: Administrator/Customer Service Assistant

Location: Port Dundas Glasgow

Graham’s the Family Dairy are seeking to recruit a permanent part time Administrator/Customer Service, working Saturday 8am- 5pm and Sunday 8.30am – 5pm.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, orders, and complaints and will pursue these to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner. You will be responsible for inputting orders into the computer system, including input of depot stock transfers, stock delivery returns and completing a reconciliation process.

The successful candidate will have experience of data input in a fast-moving customer service environment. Attention to detail is paramount as is a high level of numeracy. Computer literacy is essential.
